Makeup and Workout of the day!

Todays look was MAC baby! I used Nylon on my lid and Mythology in my outer corner and crease. I put the brown from my wet n wild palette in my corner and over my eyeliner to darken it up. I used the light cream WNW color on my browbone. I also used my Chella highlighter on my brownbone. It is a chubby highlight crayon and it blends very easily. Today was a pretty look and I wish I could have got a good picture of it!! 

My workout was legs:

No clean and press because of my shoulder!
Single leg squats- 4 sets of 15
Lunges-100
Steps ups- 4 sets of 15
Leg Abductor 40lbs 4 sets of 15

Oh man, I just realized I didnt do calf raises!!!!! I guess I will do them tommorow.

Makeup and workout of the day!

Todays look is Naked 3!!! I love this palette. 

I used my Jordana pink eyeshadow crayon again and I dont think I will use it again with this palette. It puts off too much glitter. 

Im looking for a new brush for my brows. Does anyone have a recommendation?? Im using the elf angle brush right now and it doesnt seem to blend out the brow color well enough. 

My workout was: 

I am not allowed to do Upright Rows right now until I figure out my neck and shoulder.. So I have to decrease my weight and increase my reps so I can feel muscle burn. 
Lying Triceps-15lbs
Hammer curls- 10lbs
Bicep Machine-30 lbs
Tricep machine- 30lbs
Cable Tri extension- 50lbs

All 4 sets of 10. I forgot to do higher reps until I got to the bi/tri machines!! Ha!
I finished with 10 minutes on the Stairmaster on Fat burn level 8.  Its hard for me not to push myself hard at the gym.. This will take some getting used to.

Thoughts of the day: 
 I am really struggling with people in my life right now... It is definitely hard to accept that people can change but when you judge someone before really knowing them, it sucks!!! I cant decide if I should confront these people or let it go. Please pray for answers for me...

Makeup of the day and Report Cards!

Todays makeup is the Too Faced Natural at Night palette. This is one of my absolute favorites!! I used Nightcap on my lid and Cocoa Star on my outer corner and crease. I used the matte dark shade from my Desert Festival palette in my crease to darken it and blended more Cocoa Star into it.  I applied Spotlight to my browbone and blended the look in my crease with my Jordana duo. I put some of the color Nightlight under my bottom lashes. I love brown eyeshadows! I have to stop myself from buying them all the time! 

No detailed workout of the day due to a training session to modify my workouts because of my car accident. I had a follow up at the doctor today and discovered that my neck and shoulder are still not okay... My range of motion in my neck is not right and I have a horrible shooting pain when I look down :(  Please pray that it gets better soon! 

On a happy note both of my girls got straight A's on their report cards!!! I am such a proud Mommy right now.

Workout of the day but NO MAKEUP!!

Today was Chest Day: 


4 sets of 10 all day long baby!! 
 
Chest press-20lbs
Incline press-15lbs
Chest press machine-30lbs
Incline machine-30lbs
Shoulder Press-12.5lbs
Cable Flys- 2.5/5/7.5 (3 ways) I also did some cable pulls on the bench where you hold one arm stationary and pull with the other. I might need to film that one for  you because Im sure thats hard to understand. Haha

The grand finale was 10 minutes on the stairmaster on level 8. 

Dont I look purty?? No makeup for me today because I didnt wanna wear any!! I was off for MLK and loved every minute of it.

Makeup, Birchbox and CrossFit!?! Wait what?!

Makeup of the day: 
I did my eyes with a new mineral shadow I recieved in my Birchbox yesterday! It is made by Inika and its called Eternal Marine. If you would like a Birchbox invite let me know. This was what was in this months box:

Im not used to using loose powder shadows so I didnt really know what to do. I used my browbone color from the wet n wild palette and put the Inika Eternal marine all over my lid dry, but it didnt seem dark enough so I got my brush wet and reapplied. I used my dark brown from the WNW palette in my outer corner and blended it with Jordana duo called Good Match. It has a nice cream color and a light brown shade that is great for blending two colors together.
Overall, the look was pretty but it didnt stay on all day. 

Workout: Today I did CrossFit and it kicked my butt! 
Here was the WOTD:
All I can say is ouch.. I was definitely feeling it within 2 hours! The workout was fun and extremely challenging for someone like me that is used to light cardio and weightlifting. I enjoyed the kettlebell swings so I think I will incorporate those into the correct day. We went to Bold City CrossFit. They have a free class on saturday mornings!!

 I will go back again next Saturday and hopefully bring some people with me. Who's up for it?? Im sooo happy tomorrow is Sunday and I absolutely will NOT be working out! Oh and by the time I turned off my Polar Ft7 I had burned over 800 calories!!! Wow!

Makeup and workout of the day


Today was a Meet Matt(e) Nude look!! I used my trusty Wet n Wild Drinking a glass of shine palette for my browbone. That cream shade is perfect!! Next up I used Matt Malloy on my lid with Matt Wood in the outer corner and crease. I used Matt Rosen to blend it all together. It was super pretty! I am really loving matte eye looks lately. 

Lets talk back day! I usually dont workout on Friday but I promised Habby Lulu I would show her a typical back day.

Makeup and workout of the day


My eye makeup look of the day was my Wet n Wild palette called Desert Festival, it is part of the Fergie center stage collection. 
I love the colors in this palette! It made a really pretty look for today: 
I will definitely be doing this look again very soon. It stayed all day even through my leg workout! This palette came in an Ipsy bag a couple months ago. Again, sign up for Ipsy, its awesome! Time for Leg Day:

Today I had dinner plans so I skipped the ab/ad ductor machines and I forgot to do calf raises... I did 100 walking lunges though so I wouldnt feel so guilty! I am probably going to workout tomorrow to show a friend my back workout.

Im still taking it easy and trying to listen to my body. I have some muscle bruising so I have to be careful. Let me know what your leg day is like. I would love to hear!

Makeup and Workout of the day, with a little pep talk!

Makeup of the day: Today I used my favorite brown shadow by MAC called Mulch. I also used my favorite Wet n Wild palette called Drinking a Glass of Shine. I used the lightest color on my browbone and the dark brown in my outer corner and crease. I topped it off with the MAC shadow. I lined my bottom lash with a Wet n Wild liner called copper. It is a really pretty shimmery brown. 

I used my Loreal BB cream all over my face just for a more matte look. I wore my      Be a Bombshell lip crayon and lip gloss today. I was going for red lips!!

Lets talk Gym time: 

All of these exercises were done 4 sets of 10 except for the z bar curls. I dont do those anymore because they always hurt my wrists. 

Upright Row- 30lbs
Lying tricep extension-15lbs
Cable Pull over- 60lbs
Hammer curls- 12.5 lbs
Cable tricep Extension- 50lbs
Biceps curl- 30lbs
Tricep machine-30lbs

I finished with 10 minutes on that transformer thing again!! Hahahahaha
I saw this today and thought it was great! This has been how I have been so successful in the gym while my crew fell apart. I just kept going no matter how sad I was that I was alone. It was really hard at first and still is sometimes but I just tell myself that I cant get where I want to be sitting on my couch. I have to keep moving and eating healthy. I try to remember that what other people say or think about me isnt my problem. I know who I am! 

I hope this helps some of you that are struggling to workout and feel alone. I would love to answer questions about fitness and makeup. Please dont be scared to ask.

Makeup and Workout of the day!

Todays Makeup: 
I went for a shimmery forest green color today from my Wet n Wild palette called Going in the Wild. First I put my Ulta eye crayon in a dark green color all over my lid and then I put the color on the bottom right all over my lid. I have a better picture so you can see what I used and where:

This palette was a special addition release from Wet n Wild and I found it at Rite Aid in Michigan!! I was so happy:) I had been looking forever.

Now for my workout:

Today was leg day!
Romanian dead lifts- 65lbs
Squats- 40lbs
Angled leg press-140lbs
Lying leg extension-40lbs
Leg extensions- 40lbs
3 way calf raises

Todays sets were as follows: 
First set 10 reps
Second set 8 reps 
Third set 6 reps
Fourth set 15 reps

I also did some jumps on the Bosu ball but I will have to make a video so you can see what I mean. I finished my workout with 5 minutes on the treadmill walking at a brisk pace.

Makeup and Workout of the day!


Todays makeup is again the NAKED3!! 
I am obsessed with this palette. I used my Jordana eye shadow stick first as a base:
I then put strange on my browbone, burnout and dust on my lid and I blended darkside in my outer corner and crease. I also put my jordana stick shadow under my bottom lashes and smudged burnout into it. 

I used a couple different blushes today. Physicians Formula Happy Booster in Natural topped with MAC Well Dressed. It is a really pretty combination.

I am really loving this pallette but Im not loving my camera skills!!!

Workout: 
Today is CHEST DAY!!! 

On chest day I do:

Dumbbell press 20lb 
Dumbbell incline press 15lb 
Chest machine press 45lb
Incline machine press 30lb 
Shoulder dumbbell press 12.5 
Cable Column- top/middle/bottom
Forearm curls- 10lb dumbell 
All of these are 4 sets of 10. Today I finished with 10 minutes on the Cybex machine not really sure whats its called but it looks like a transformer!!!

Makeup of the day!


Naked 3 round two today: 

I used a bunch of colors again today!! Heres the look: 

Im not a good picture taker but I tried today. My eyes look so much better in person...

I used my mirabella primer on my lids and started with strange on my browbone. From there I put trick and fizz on my lid and factory in my outer corner and crease. I blended it all together in the crease with nooner. I added a little bit of dust to my lid for a pink pop and lined my bottom lash line with buzz. I hope you like it!! Sorry for the bad pictures, Im trying though for real, for real! 
Why do my eyes look weird?? See how pretty this palette is for green eyes?? I love it and cant wait to do more looks soon. 

Oh and yes I know my eyebrows are bushy!!! Im about to go wax right now.

Makeup of the day! No workout though, Friday is my rest day!

Makeup of the day: She's here!! My new baby the Naked 3 palette has arrived so of course I tried a new look. I used 7 colors on my eyes today! I know Im crazy. I used strange on my browbone, I put darkside on my outer corner and crease, I layered trick and buzz on my lid and then blended my crease out with nooner.. For some more shimmer I put dust on my lids and inner corner with a wet brush. My eyeliner was my jordana fabuliner in brown and then I smudged blackheart over top. The look was really pretty! I will do another one tomorrow. 
Aren't the colors pretty? Im obsessed! 

I used a MAC highlight and blush today. The highlight is discontinued and literally down to the pan. Its called Mineralize Skin Finish in Shimpagne and I love it. Help me find a dupe please!! The blush is called Dollymix and is so pretty. I get a lot of compliments when I wear it.

Makeup and workout of the day

Makeup of the day: 
My eyes today are the Pop beauty trio pallette called Smokin Hot. The colors are nice and blendable. I used the lightest color on my lid on the inner corner. I applied the black to my outer corner and crease. Then I took the middle color to blend the two others together. I used the cream color in the top right of my Wet n Wild pallette for my brownbone. To blend my browbone and lid together I use a light brown shadow like the 3 color pallette you see in the top left. That pallette is from Wet n Wild and is called Enlisted for Beauty. I lined my eyes with my old faithful Jordana Fabuliner in black and then smudged the black eye shadow over it. 


I did my face the same as yesterday except for my blush. Today I used a pretty pink color by Be a Bombshell cosmetics called Sweet Cheeks. You can layer it make it really pop! 
I also got this cheek color from my Ipsy bag. Do you know what Ipsy is?? It is a monthly subscription service that sends you a different make up bag with 5-6 full size products in it EVERY MONTH. It only costs $10. I love getting my Ipsy bag because it is a good way to try out new makeup products. If you want an invitation to Ipsy let me know and I will be happy to send you one by email!

Lets talk Leg Day:


*Clean and press with a 30 lb straight bar
*Single leg squats no weight (i was scared) haha
* Step ups- 7 blocks high with 10 lb plate in each hand
* Walking lunges across the gym. About 88 lunges (man it burns)
* Leg Abductor 60 lb
* Leg Adductor 60 lb
* 10 minutes on the Elliptical on the Random Hill setting. I usually don't do any cardio on leg days because its usually pretty rough... But since i had ten minutes left, might as well.
